LedHat - a hat, with LEDs on it, natch.
SmileOnaStick - what it says. With LEDs on.
Web:
The Sweary Internet (in beta; superceded by the following)
Got Firefox? Now you can use oily primates to turn the Web blue. First, click here to add monkeys, then click here to add rude words. (Yes, Greasemonkey installs the script automatically, if it is enabled)
New!(ish.) A gadget for BBC listeners who use the Amarok audio player: a CGI web script to control Amarok, plus a Greaseymonkey script to subvert the BBC "audio on demand" player to control the web script. Details here: /ListenAgain. (Disclaimer: not tested since the BBC launched their iPlayer.)
Animations (mostly the greeting card variety for friends):
Surbiton Lagoon - wish you were here - inspired by a London Transport poster
Valentine Pong (plain Pong is here.
A greeting for a newborn arrival to the Surbiton Good Life (you need to know a certain http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Good_Life_(1975_TV_series) from the 70's to get the reference).
A psychedelic Birthday card for people called Tilo
